Diluvia is thematically arranged around a very silly concept for a fish-oriented mythology. It somehow became very dark very quickly.

Grunk the Lungfish as the absent creator figure, his three sons, Torophim, Isaris and Mormyrus. Each son floods the Earth at a different time and for a different reason.

The Deluge of Torophim (tracks 1-3): Torophim sees the sea lapping on the shores of the land as the desperation of unrequited love, and decides to raise the sea to cover all the land.

The Deluge of Isaris (4-7): Isaris sees the impurity of all human civilisation, and decides to cleanse the Earth with mercury.

The Deluge of Mormyrus (8-11): Mormyrus, who is driven mad by loneliness, opens his mouth and vomits blood upon the whole Earth.

Musically it's no-fun lo-fi slow midi-programmed doom metal bass, drums and harsh noise, with a sprinkling of highly processed spoken word.

It's the worst thing I ever recorded, but I stand by Track 3.
